Cosy Coffee

In the spring of 2025 I was lucky enough to go on a winter break to Bulgaria and I would thoroughly recommend it.  On the cold mornings it was so lovely to feel snuggly and warm with a steaming cup of coffee and the rustic buildings, with chunky, deep window sills made being inside all the more cosy.  I was lucky enough to have several mornings to paint and so enjoyed recreating the feelings of warmth and connection through my still life watercolours.  Once home this painting was born out of my memories.

It is acrylic on canvas, stretched over a deep solid pine frame and measures 100x100cm.  A real statement piece for a kitchen-diner.
